We can help you create a personal safety plan, and recommend that you work through this process with an advocate's help by calling us at 877-227-5946.  However, if you cannot contact us, the questions below can help you create a very simple plan.  Your goal is to plan -- before you're in danger -- the steps you can take to defuse or escape a dangerous situation.
