Beth Wytoski
Beth Wytoski has dedicated her career to serving her family, neighbors, and community through education and public service. She has worked to expand educational opportunities, improve the efficacy of public systems, and encourage civic engagement that supports community well-being.
Her service includes more than decade in the classroom and about two decades in city hall, in the Dayton community where her parents and grandparents were also leaders. Her work has been recognized with several honors, including Dayton’s Teacher of the Year, Oregon VFW Teacher of the Year, Dayton Education Citizen of the Year, the League of Oregon Cities Civic Education Award, and the Oregon Mayors’ Leadership Award. These accolades reflect her commitment to improving outcomes for her community and beyond.
Beth is committed to building partnerships, supporting informed decision-making, and fostering environments where individuals and communities can thrive. Her personal and professional experiences have grounded her commitment to integrity, fairness, and the belief that hard work, creativity, and collaboration can solve many problems.
In her personal life, she is incredibly proud of her three children with husband, Chris Wytoski, and the life they have built on their shared values of family, service, learning, leadership, and keeping just enough livestock and sourdough to keep things interesting.
