Lacey Summers
Lacey Summers built her business on a simple belief: real estate is about people first, property second. As owner and principal broker of Summers Homes NW, LLC with Bella Casa Real Estate Group, she brings nine years in real estate sales and another nine years in marketing to families across Yamhill County, serving downsizers, acreage and wine country buyers and sellers, and clients relocating to the area as their relocation advisor.
Her work extends well past the closing table. Lacey has served as board president of both the Willamette Elementary PTA and the McMinnville Lions Club, Treasurer of McMinnville Basketball Association, sponsors Habitat for Humanity, and turns out year after year for youth athletics. She hosts a recurring Downsizer Class that brings local experts together to help older adults and their families make confident decisions about what comes next.
That same conviction is what draws her to Henderson House. Home should be the safest place a person knows. When it is not, this community needs somewhere to turn.
Lacey lives in McMinnville with her husband and their three kids. She loves anything to do with homes, cheering from the sidelines, a fun competitive game, and podcasts that leave her inspired and thinking.
She is honored to compete for the Crown of Yamhill County 2026, and grateful to everyone who shows up, bids, and gives.
