Mackenzie Fraser
Mackenzie Fraser works at Chemeketa Community College’s Yamhill Valley Campus as a Bilingual Academic Advisor. She graduated from Linfield in 2017 with a B.A. in English Literature and double minor in Spanish and Gender Studies. During her time there, Mackenzie briefly volunteered at Henderson House as a crisis hotline operator and got her first look at the crucial role HH’s support services play in our community. After graduating, Mackenzie went on to work as an English Teaching Assistant in Costa Rica through the Fulbright program, an experience that prompted her to work in higher education upon her return to Oregon. Outside of work, Mackenzie volunteers with the MHS Varsity Tennis team and teaches youth tennis clinics through the McMinnville Community Tennis Association in the summer. Off the courts, you can usually find her at Union Block, Miller Woods or the Lower City pickleball courts.
